Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.
No ticket exchanges done on day of show (for that day's show). Other exchanges can be made by contacting the box office.
General Policies
Tickets are purchased online up to one hour into the performance.
Digital tickets are accepted.
All in person ticket holders ages 3 and up must have a seat. Children 2 and younger may sit at on a lap.
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and cash. Checks are not accepted.
Please remember all sales are final – tickets cannot be refunded.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Children's Dance Theater Foundation).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
